Our Philosophy
We take a play based and child-centered approach to provide a “hands—on” learning experience. The curriculum that we have developed is focused on eight areas: Social Emotional, Cognitive, The Arts, Mathematics, Science, Literacy, Physical Play and Judaics. Our programs are rich with Jewish cultural and experiences. Woven into our days are the Jewish values we encourage with a focus on friendship and Tikkun Olam; repairing the world.

Our Mission
It is our mission here at Temple Ahavat Shalom’s Krieger Early Childhood Center to provide developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that are enriched by experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. Our love for Judaic's guides our day to day values. We work collaboratively to encourage all children to explore and discover their expanding world so that they may successfully transition to school.
